Euro PDT respectively as owner and webmaster of the Euro PDT website, reserve the right to modify these terms and recommend that you periodically review them, because if you use the site you will be expected to comply with these.
Description of Services
Use of the Euro PDT website is a free of charge, non-commercial service. Its sole purpose is to provide general educational information to individual professionals, researchers and students in the field of health sciences. This site is not an attempt to practice medicine or provide specific medical advice, and should not be used to make a diagnosis or to replace or overrule a qualified health care provider's judgment. Nor should users rely upon the Euro PDT website if they might need emergency medical treatment. Use of programs on the Euro PDT site does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. We strongly encourage users to consult with a qualified health care professional for answers to personal questions.
Ownership
All materials on the EURO PDT web site are owned by Euro PDT and third party content and service providers, and are protected under national and international copyright and trademark laws. Altering, recompiling, systematic or programmatic copying, reselling, redistributing, publishing or re-publishing of copyrighted material or any part thereof without the explicit permission of the copyright holder is strictly prohibited. Unless otherwise stated, users may print or download information from this site for personal, free of charge, educational, non-commercial use only, provided they use them for such purposes only and identify the source of the material and include a statement that the materials are protected by national and international copyright and trademark laws.
Disclaimer, Waiver and Release

Jurisdiction
The EURO PDT website and, specifically, these Terms of Use shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland (Bern) and governed by them, except for any conflict of laws rules, which are expressly excluded.
Special Proprietary Notice and Disclaimer
The "PDT map of Europe" database is produced by Euro PDT. It is intended to provide the public with quick access to information in which department of dermatology/office photodynamic therapy is a standard procedure. Neither database, nor any of their data, listings, or other constituent elements may be downloaded, republished, or duplicated, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes, for purposes of compiling mailing lists or any other lists of dermatologists, or for any other purposes without the prior express written permission of Euro PDT.
Although Euro PDT warrants that it undertakes reasonable efforts to keep the information contained in its "PDT map of Europe" databases accurate, Euro PDT does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the information contained in those databases, or in any way endorse the individuals described therein. The above warranty is the only warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, made by Euro PDT with respect to the "Euro PDT" databases. In no event shall Euro PDT be liable for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the information contained therein.
